Flags on lamp-posts
Lamp-posts are the property of City of York Council (CYC) not Haxby Town Council (HTC) so it is their responsibility as to whether to remove any flags attached to them. The matter of the flags has been routinely reported by HTC to CYC and we understand that CYC is in the process of removing them.
