A site visit/meeting will be held at the Ethel Ward playing fields on Monday 10 August at 5pm (meet outside the pavilion). Everyone is welcome to attend.
The purpose of the meeting is to discuss possible ideas with town councillors to secure the site and thus prevent any future recurrence of recent events.
The ideas/suggestions will then be fed back to the town council to formally consider at the full council meeting on 14 September.
