To members of the Staffing Sub-Committee. You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the committee at 1pm on Wednesday the 30^th of March 2022, at the Council Offices, Memorial Hall, The Village, Haxby YO323HT for the purpose of transacting the following business.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and will be given the opportunity to speak regarding an item on the agenda if they wish to do so.

Members of the press and public are entitled by law to attend all meetings of the Council and to record and film the proceedings of those meetings in accordance with the Council’s policy on the effective management of recording at Council meetings. However, under the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 S1(2), members of the public and the press will be excluded during consideration of business of a confidential nature.

            To confirm the appointment of the Town Clerk, and to review working hours.

6. Recruitment of the part time Street Cleaner / Groundsman

To approve the recruitment of the new Street Cleaner / Groundsman appointment  

7. Update on the Administrative Officers Post

To receive an update from the Town Clerk on the Administrative Officer’s post and to agree any actions arising from this.

8. To notify the Clerk of any items for future agenda
