ANNUAL TOWN MEETING - TUESDAY 13APRIL 2010 The Annual Town Meeting will be held at the Oaken Grove Community Centre on Tuesday 13th April commencing at 7.30 in the evening. The meeting will be chaired by Cllr David Rice, Chairman of Haxby Town Council. The meeting is open to the public and all residents of Haxby are strongly encouraged to attend. Items on the agenda are: · Chairman’s Annual Report · Financial Report 2009 - 2010 · Precept for 2010 - 2011 · Police Report · Haxby Station Report - City of York Council (To be confirmed) · Memorial Hall Report · Mancroft Open Space Report · Ethel Ward Pavilion Refurbishment Project · Haxby and Wigginton Youth and Community Association The meeting also gives electors the opportunity to voice any concerns they may have or to raise issues relating to Haxby.
