   PUBLIC ACCESS TO REMOTE MEETINGS    7 May, 2020

Any members of the public wishing to attend Haxby Town Council meetings need to notify the clerk at least one business day prior to the meeting. If they wish to address the council they need to notify us which agenda item they  would like to comment on. The Clerk can be contacted via clerk@haxbytowncouncil.gov.uk

   HAXBY TOWN COUNCIL - REMOTE MEETINGS     15 April, 2020

During the current COVID-19 pandemic it has so far not been possible for the Town Council to meet due to government regulations in respect of social distancing. On April 4th 2020 regulations were introduced to allow council meetings to take place remotely. To this end a meeting of Haxby Town Council has been scheduled for Thursday April 16th 2020 at 11am. The agenda for this meeting can be viewed on our website and any members of the public wishing to attend the meeting can do so by contacting clerk@haxbytowncouncil.gov.uk for an access code and details of how to join.

   ALLOTMENT RENTS    3 April, 2020

Allotment rents for the year are due 6th April 2020 but due to the current crisis it will not be possible to send invoices out at the present time. The invoices will therefore be issued and rents collected once the current lock-in/crisis is over.
