Haxby Town Council Office is situated at the front of the Memorial Hall in The Village, Haxby. It is open the public from 9.30 a.m. to 12.00 midday on Mondays to Fridays.

A variety of local information is available from the Office, and you are welcome to call in for general enquiries or to view documents such as Meeting Agendas and Minutes, or Planning Applications.

The Clerk to the Council is Margaret Moran, supported by Jenny Bell, the Deputy Clerk.
